Friends and Family
Friends and Family is the most efficient way of buying tickets for others. By linking their accounts with yours you can easily allocate tickets to others' supporter accounts so they receive the loyalty points that they are entitled to, which is particularly important for high-demand fixtures. By not allocating ticket purchases to supporter accounts you may potentially miss out on a ticket priority window as your account will not show that you have attended the correct amount of games. For help on setting up your Friends and Family please speak to the Ticket Office.
Loyalty Points are used to track supporters' dedication following WBA to all their matches both home and away.
How will this benefit supporters?
When tickets go on sale for popular games where demand is likely to exceed supply supporters with the most loyalty points will be able to purchase tickets first. Therefore attending more matches home and away means greater chance to attend the games with a limited allocation.
As a Season Ticket Holder do I automatically get all loyalty points for all home matches?
As a Season Ticket Holder you will automatically receive all Loyalty Points for all Barclays Premier League Home matches. Please note you will not receive them up front but will receive them after each match is played. You will only receive points for home cup matches if you bought a ticket for the match under your client reference number and the match has been played.
How will I know how many points are required to attend a match?
The Ticket Office will decide in advance how many points are required to apply, not many matches will be subject to a minimum point level it will depend on the anticipated demand along with allocation received. Minimum points required will be advertised with any fixture sale date information that will continue to be found by calling the Ticket Line and on the official website.
